Jhilmil Gufa

 

Jhilmil Gufa is a hidden spot located in the tranquil Manikoot Parvat and is located 21 kilometers from the city of Rishikesh. Adventure lovers will love to hike down to reach this Gufa located in a dense forest known as Manikut Kajri Van. Meanwhile, you get to explore the beautiful flora and fauna on your way. These three caves are dedicated to the king of Uttar Pradesh, Alha Udal, the second one to Guru Gorakshnath, and the third one to Guru Jhilmil. 

 

Marine Drive/Astha Path

Located in the premises of the famed Raghunath Temple, are the fascinating and ancient hot water springs called Rishikund. The place is quite famous as it is believed that Lord Ram took a holy bath in the hot water springs here. Enveloped with tranquility and serenity, the waters reflect the sight of the Raghunath temple clearly on a sunny day. You can take a short ride from the Triveni Ghat to access this temple.
