Tapkeshwar Temple

The temple comprises an ancient cave which is believed to be the residence of Guru Dronacharya,  who instructed Kauravas and Pandavas. According to the popular legend, Kalyani, the wife of Dronacharya, failed to breastfeed Ahwatthama, who was later fed by the milk dripping from the shivalinga in the cave. The natural shiva linga in the cave serves as an idol of devotion by the pilgrims. Since the temple is located in a scenic region, the surrounding area is ideal for picnicking and photography. 

Robbers Cave

This adventurous trek between two mountain cliffs that leads you towards a picturesque waterfall, is an immensely popular attraction among tourists. This site is renowned as Guchhupani among the locals and takes you through the gushing waters of a river. Since the cliffs are located in close proximity, the river walk is shady and commands attention while walking.

Guru Ram Rai Darbaar

Located in Dehradun, this ancient and historically significant Gurudwara was established in 1707. The Gurudwara which feeds thousands of devotees on a regular basis showcases immense cultural significance. Built-in the devotion of Baba Ram Rai, Guru Har Rai’s eldest son, this architecturally magnificent Gurudwara is a must-visit if you love to delve into the pages of history or are a true devotee of Sikhism.
